Why a “Mini Course”? | Many young adults are looking for deeper faith formation, but aren’t able to give the amount of time, money, etc. needed for a fuller deep dive into academic training. Our mini courses provide an approachable way for young adults to learn more about their faith via a topic of their choice. It also gives a setting where young adults are growing together in their faith within a communal and social context.
Who are the "Mini Courses" for? | Any young adult (18-39) looking for deeper formation in the Catholic faith.
How long are they? | There will be three sessions over three consecutive weeks. Each mini course session is about 2 hours long.
How much do the "Mini Courses" cost?
Each mini course is $25 per person. Participates must sign up prior to the start of the course. This fee pays for the teacher, space, and hospitality. If a participant signs up for two mini courses he or she will pay for both courses.
What happens at the conclusion of the "Mini Course"?
Mini courses are meant to be temporary. Participants may choose future courses, but there isn’t a certificate, overarching curriculum, etc. These mini courses are merely for the sake of growing in one’s faith.
