Using a rosary say these prayers:
First Beads: Apostles Creed, Our Father, 3 Hail Marys, Glory Be.
Our Father Beads: “Come Holy Spirit, Increase my Gratitude.”
Hail Mary Beads: “Thank you Jesus for ________"
Suggestions for each decade
Decade 1: Body - Breath, Heart Beat, Mind, Body, Memories, etc…
Decade 2: Family - Immediate Family, Extended Family, Living and Deceased, ways you are grateful for your family.
Decade 3: Friends - Best Friends, New Friends, People you encountered, ways you are grateful for your friends.
Decade 4: Events of the Day - Work, Leisure, the little things, things that brought you joy, sufferings that you want to trust God with.
Decade 5: Things - Food, Clothes, Home, etc…
Ending Prayer
O my Jesus, let gratitude consume and overwhelm my heart so I may see the constant goodness and providence of the Father in every moment of every day. Let me live with Joy, suffering with joy, and let my thanksgiving console your Sacred Heart.
